Run up a mini appetite with our family friendly 1 Mile or kick it up a notch with our 5k. For those who plan to really indulge your can double down and enter our Turkey Feast Combo which includes the 1 Mile and 5k race, held back to back! You can walk or run either one all courses are stroller friendly. \ Come out and see why it's become a holiday tradition for thousands of people!

1 Mile Turkey Dash: 7:30am Start. This division is a fun run/ walk and non timed event. This is great start for those who want a shorter distance to keep their whole tribe together. It’s and out and back course so you’ll see everyone both directions! If you gotta skip out quick then come on out for this one and earn some fast bling with a fantastic medal for everyone who finishes.
Holiday 5k: 8:00am Start. This is open to all ages and takes place around the perimeter of the college campus. It's a speedy course that swings by citrus grove tree's and some pumpkin patches! it starts and finishes in the same spot so you won't miss seeing your friends somewhere along the way!
Turkey Feast Combo: 7:30am Start. This is for the those who like extra helpings at Thanksgiving! We love this challenge! Each participant will start at 7:30 with the 1 mile race. You'll need to complete the 1 mile in 30 minutes so you'll have time to line up for your second race, the 5k at 8am. You’ll receive 1 shirt and two medals if you complete both races! Rally up! You may pick up your 1 mile medal after your 5k race so you don't have to run with it!
Gobble Wobble Kids Event: These kids races offer shorter distances if they don't want to do the 5k.
9:00 Diaper Dash - 50 yards (3 and under)
9:05 am: Tot Trot - 100 yards (4 to 5 years old)
9:10 am: Youth Race -1/4 Mile (6 to 10 years old)
9:15 am: Youth Race - Half Mile (11 to 12 years old)
All cars parked in IVC need to have a parking pass per the campus guidelines. They will be patroling so please try to carpool. We have parking passes for $5 available for pre purchase when you check out on registration site. If you forget to add one to your registration, you can purchase at Packet Pick up and Race day when you get your bib, and shirt. Plan to come EARLY. A separate booth will be in the lot to purchase passes or pick one up as well as at the registration table. Allow time to go back to your vehicle and place pass on your dash.
All participants receive a race bib, custom cast medal, event t-shirt, and slice of pie! 5k is chip timed and kid's runs are for fun. We will start lining the kids up at 9:05 per age group. All the kids races are on a out and back loop and start and end in the same spot. The course will be closed and lined with volunteers to direct all kids to the turnaround spot. They can turn early if they want with no penalty if they think it's too far. One adult per child can run with their participant and the parent does not have to register but will not receive the shirt, medal, bib or pie.
If you have a child that just wants to ride in a stroller with you on the 5k course, they can do so without registering. They will not receive a medal, bib, shirt or pie but they can share yours!
Professional Chip timing and results for all 5k participants. Age Division awards will be given 3 deep in the following age categories: 1-10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39 40-44, 45-49, 50-54,55-59 60-64, 65-69, *70-74, *75-79, *80 and over. Yes! We split the final divisions to celebrate our 70 and over rock star field! We're happy to celebrate this growing category and look forward to seeing everyone earn their race bling!
Costume Awards will be given for Best Dressed so come decked out and you may take home a prize! Win as an individual or a group (6 people max)!
Packet Pick up will be held on Wednesday, November 23rd from 12 pm to 4pm at Road Runner Sports in Laguna Hills.

Pick up your bib and shirt early!
You can designate a friend or family member to pick up your bib. Please bring a copy of each paid registration you wish to pick up.
Walk up registration accepted if race is not sold out. Prices will increase so sign up early! You can sign up at packet pick Wed at Road Runner Sports in Laguna Hills and race day morning. Please try to bring cash to speed process up,
Shirts and Shirts sizes are not guaranteed for any registrations made after Nov 20.
You may pick up your race bib and t-shirt on race day but come early to avoid lines. We open at 6:30 am.
Parking: Cost is $5. Entrance is only allowed on Jeffrey (Entrance closed on Irvine Center Drive- its part of course). All other campus entrances will be closed.

Question: Are dogs allowed?
Answer: No, I'm sorry, we love our fur babies too but due to college campus policy, dogs are not allowed. Only service animals or emotional support animals.
Question: Can I get a refund if I can't make it?
Answer: There are no refunds but you may transfer you bib to another person for $5.
Q: Where do I get a parking pass?
A: Pre purchase online and pick up w/ your bib at Packet Pick up or Race day at registration or look for parking tent in lot on race day. Allow time to return and put pass on your vehicle dashboard.
Q: Where is the race at IVC?
A: Race is in LOT 5. Enter off Jeffrey into Irvine Valley Street ( signal) Race expo is in front of Performing Arts Bldg. The main IVC address (5500 Irvine Center Drive) takes you to an entrance opposite of race site. You can drive around to Lot 5 off Jeffrey. That entrance closes at 7:15am SHARP for race.
Q: Can someone pick up my bib?
A: Yes, they need to give your name and have race confirmation number
Q: Does my baby or small child in a stroller need to pay?
A: No but no race bib, shirt, or medal will be available for them.
There is a kids race. 0-1 year is the starting division for a turkey crawl- 10 yards!
Q: I signed up for wrong race can I get a refund?
A: No refunds. All proceeds will go to our Charity Partner: Urban Health Alliance. You may roll your entry to next year or transfer it to another person for $5.
